Scoring trend in Geography

Please inform about scoring trend of Geography in CE-2013?
Is it safe to opt it for 2015 attemp?

CE 20113 was 3rd successive year of mediocre scoring in Geography.

No offence but i am seeing more casualties in ce-2014 and 2015.
