They may be failed or passed as the result of these candidates will be shown to them after their personal hearing, FPSC will provide them two opportunities for pleading their case. If they couldn't defend themselves their result will be withheld forever (will go oblivion).

Why do they normally witheld the result ? Is it because of cheating etc ?
