Congratulations CE-13 Aspirants turned Incumbents. While I disagree with the view that quality of people applying for competitive examination has gone down, I do believe that the road has become rather narrower when the pass percentage has fallen from as high as 8% to as low as 1.93%. For all those who got through this, this is the time of your life.
