Merit number 40. MR.Awais is allocated in FSP. I think he wants to join PSP. You can search his profile on this forum |

What do you want to do with yourself. Your last thread made me fan of your but what about this thread ? Why you don't want to face the challenges of your career which Allah has granted you. Do you know MANY people in our country love to be a CSP . And you ? |

Moreove she doesn't want to quit civil service but want to change group. |

Very few allocated members are here, try here but it is better to try while in CTP as I am sure there will be few in FSP if not in PAS who would love to join PSP as mostly FSP is at number 3 preference for males while PSP at first or second |
I think seep mostly intrested in PAS and its allocation confirmed but the viva marks placed hurdle in their dreams. She is not mentally prepared or his mind not accepted for PSP.According to its written marks she deserved PAS.

I want to change it with PAS. |
.
I want to change it with PAS.
I know a PSP female who is working in our district , Allah has given you a responsibility because He has bestowed you the required qualities required for the job. You are little reluctant to join but you have to ......... You have the courage to do that just feel the courage inside you. In fact if you don't join , then you will be the real loooser. I hope you will not like it to be called Coward. Just go and prove yourself Allah will surely help you. |
seep...congrats , best wishes for getting your desired group. How you rate IRS ? I believe its second best group for females after PAS, since it is office job in good environment and you can get posting in any city you like. Unlike FSP in which you are only posted in islamabad and abroad.
I want to ask one question if i withdraw from my allocation in women quota in favour of open merit is it possible?
Don't waste your time by soliciting raw opinions here; most of the members will share their own opinions instead of information and relevant procedures. You need to contact with FPSC and Establishment Division for the possibility and procedure if any. However, there is remote possibility of such swap; you need to be determined and consistent in nature to follow up this process, since you will face multiple barriers in such swapping. Moreover, if you find opportunity to swap your group, do swap with PAS instead of FSP. PAS has better career and say in our system. You will easily find PAS candidates who long for PSP but their merit number proved to be hurdle. Oops! not again.
Nevertheless, lets hope your wish is granted. |
