I do not have my intermediate sanad or certificate as yet. can i attach only inter s marksheet instead of it? can i fill the from with fountain pen?

i am printing it at home what should be printing setting as default settings on legal size page gave a small sized print hard to encircle subjects or write names in boxes

[B]You can apply immididately but you must manage your all educational certificates because fpcs would ask any time of those documents.
