If you have missed sign on first page, then just fill the first page of form with same details and sign it, then send it with an application to the secretary FPSC for the sign issue. This will keep you relax even if you have missed sign.

I didn't attached my master degree with application.
Will any problem come up with registration?

If you have mentioned master degree in form then it might be needed but don't worry. I haven't attached my bachelors degree as i haven't. Senior told me when any document will be missing, FPSC will send a memo to that candidate then we can send it. So relax.

Seniors plz reply me ... in my NIC permanent address is from sialkot and temporary is khi .. and I have khi domicile and did matriculation from khi.. koi problm to nahe hogi ????? I'll participate in exam from khi.

In CSS permanent address is taken from domicile , in the form , you gave address , it is fine and does not need to worry . Now, your province is SINDH Urban and you enroll in the urban quota.
