Mr. Incounternable, the pdf available on the fpsc site, entitled as CE rules 2014, states otherwise. In page 2 under the heading of SUBMISSION of Application it states, n i quote "7(i).. The prescribed application form alongwith required documents must reach on or before the closing date. An application sent by courier or mail on or before the closing date, will be accepted if received in the commission within three (3) days of the closing date".

this cant be related with the online form coz the instruction regarding it are given in the lateral point i-e 7(ii)

Plz second my understanding of it if u agree.. thank you

I did not have the domicile but i applied urgent and got it within 2 days.If you are keen to apply for CE-2014 then apply through online application and also apply for domicile tomorrow.You will have 10 days for submission of your documents and you can get domicile on urgent basis within 4 or 5 days.

If somebody has not received his/her domicile so far or he/she has not applied for the domicile, they should write their domicile /district/province in the css form. They need not to worry, they can submit the forms to FPSC without attaching the copy of domicile.

Actually, FPSC scrutinizes the forms after written examination and after scrutiny FPSC will ask the candidates for submission of missing documents which in this case is domicile.

Yes you are right dear, manual form has compensation of three days but that also only of courier sent on or before 31st oct.. but the thing is you are not sure that the courier will reach at the specified time as my application took a week to reach FPSC due to TCS's technical issues...

That's why I suggested online application as it has 10 days compensation, besides if you are unable to complete any other formality today,you won't be able courier it right away.. so as a precaution I suggested online application..

Rest is your choice, I'm here to suggest..

I have applied online and submitted the fee, but there is problem when I printed the form, it doesn't print the the right corner properly and some text was missing including my picture. then I took the print in landscape format. is it acceptable and will fpsc object or not?? should I send it or not? or plz tell me how to print as I tried many times but same result?

sir I created my profile and filled in first page but than i couldnt upload my picture due to some issues so i left it there and sent my application form, challan and all that by hand and got my recipient but yesterday i got msg from Fpsc that i created my id but didnt apply through online.will it create any sort of problem.I should call them and tell them the whole story or i dont need all this.Please help me and reply me soon.I am confused.

Dear if you had applied earlier you could have edited your application in MS Word but there is no time for it, use legal size page and select fit to printable area and landscape orientation.. it will be acceptable by FPSC

These are my posts for editing online application, if you have a good know how of MS Office go for editing it otherwise go for my earlier suggestion

No it won't don't worry you just created profile, and creating profile won't effect your manual application..

When you create an online profile , FPSC auto-sms service reminds you for applying online.. its no big deal..

i have applied online & now going to bank to submit chalan form,it means i have ten days more to send document to FPSC,now my question is should i send application form to FPSC today or it is not necessary.
