Unhappy elaborate the following statement.
I got my online roll no. with following notice, can anyone elaborate the following statement. I didn't understand. thanks in advance.

CSS 2014 - ONLINE ADMISSION CERTIFICATE

Your application/documents have not been scrutinized so far. Therefore, your candidature is provisional subject to decision on your eligibility in terms of rules of CSS CE- 2014. To avoid frustration, you are advised in your own interest to make sure before appearing in the examination that you fulfill all the requirements of the rules, relating to this examination.

that means that they havent checked your documents yet,and you should be clear within yourself that your documents fullfill the eligibility criteria,if found not eligible when checked your candidature would stand cancekked even if you have qualified the exam.

thanks. actually i'm a fresh graduate of civil engineering, (graduated in August '13), at the time of applying, I attached only 8th semester transcript (to show them that i'm graduated and at that time my full transcript was not published due to some official reasons). Now I've full transcript and Provisional degree.
Are they asking me to send them official transcript?

I am graduate of engineering and I have submitted only 8 mark sheets and provisional pass certificate, then does it matters that I have not submitted degree please reply?
