Exclamation attampt ce2014????
is it right to attempt a chance just for the sake of experience ,,while not having vast knowledge of all subjects

on the other hand i have 3 full chances excluding 2014...

what should i do ...i m very confused

people may suggest otherwise, but i don't find it wise enough to waste a precious chance just for the sake of gaining experience. You might regret it later on when you will be well prepared but wont have any chances left. After all choice is yours.

Brother in my humble opinion, its not wise to take CSS examination just for granted and for the sake of experience. You can get experience by appearing in PCS (can attempt as many times if you come under its age bracket), PMS (3 chances). I know standard of complexity isn't that such tough in PCS/PMS as it is use to be in CSS, but to experience a professional exam, both are pretty good to avail. If you didn't appear tomorrow, your chance won't be counted unless you appear in any subject, it will be counted.

I'm also an aspirant and much curious about CSS examinations, but controlled my curiosity because I know the worth of 3 diamond chances. There are many people who attempted thrice but unfortunately, failed to make it possible. Ask them how does it feel when one has to suffer from failure again and again, if FPSC award them one more chance, it will be blessing for them.

So brother I'd suggest you don't take risk and save your chance, as you'll have 3 chances if you didn't even avail CE-2014.

Well there is no guaranteed success no matter how well, or how bad, prepared you are; you are always taking chances whether its a first or last attempt . The point is don't think too much, just go for whatever seems rite to you. Vast knowledge is never attainable, the more you learn the deeper you dive into puzzles so you just need to focus upon getting the goal .

Well I have also prepared for 4 months, along with regular university studies, but I am going to avail this chance.. Hoping for the best...!

Due to some personal reasons, I have not prepared a single topic of any subject but still attempting it just for the sake of experience..

In fact I may or may not take this attempt into consideration, all i was left with 2 attempts so i thought i better gain experience from this one.

The 1st day experience was good

Insha'ALLAH i will prepare for next attempt with all my heart and hardwork.
