Result of those ho could not pass CE-2014?
 

The written exam result document uploaded on FPSC's website mentions that the result of candidates who could not pass can be viewed online @ FPSC's website.
I couldn't find it anywhere.Can anyone tell me if it will be uploaded separately and when it will be uploaded?

Bro!! I don't even know how I failed it.I thought I totally nailed every single subject.I am having a hard time realizing this fact :hurt

Any way My guess is I screwed the essay paper by not writing the outline properly.My outline was scribbled in pencil on the last page and may be the person marking my paper had been annoyed by its illegibility.

Other than that I don't know what went wrong.

I just want to believe that I passed and my result was withheld :pp

that could be a reason ... but as far as I understand they have filtered the candidates means they just have uploaded the list of passed candidates this time. You have to wait till the DMC's of failed/withheld candidates to be uploaded...

see what is written in the result document:
3. The result of rejected candidates shall remain withheld as per Rule 12(vi) of CE Rules 2014. The result of the remaining candidates who could not pass may be viewed at FPSC’s website

so results of those candidates have been withheld who had been rejected back in January but still appeared in feb.

Rule-12(vi): The result of any candidate, whose candidature is rejected on any ground, will not be declared, irrespective whether he/she failed/passed the exam.
