Has anyone received a call from Fpsc assistant director asking for documents?
 

Dear candidates,
I would like to ask if any of the candidates of css 2015 has received a PH CALL(not a letter) from assistant director(ce) himself asking to submit documents previously not submitted?

Is this in anyway related to css result? Does it signify one's success in written part or is it just a routine exercise conducted by FPSC?? What is the precedence about such calls?? Seniors are requested to shed some light. Rest Allah(swt) knows the best!

P.s upon asking the assistant director about the result, the worthy officer replied that the result is ready and will be announced NEXT MONTH between 20th and 25th.

This is a routine procedure. Those candidates who have some shortcomings in their applications are called for PH to clarify their position. For example, if one's hard copy of application and documents reach FPSC after the closing date, he/she would be called for PH to clarify the position. This has nothing to do with result.

I guess it does signify success in exams. Had you not qualified, they wouldn't have bothered to check your documents. I know a person from 2011, who received a similar request from FPSC months before the result and as it turned out, he was among the qualifiers.

This is routine checking procedure and does not signify success in exam. Don't let this thing drag you away. One of my colleagues(from CE-11) also received such query from FPSC through mail but he failed.

So just wait and watch, result speculation is not allowed. Keep your discussion within the ambit of the topic.

Who is the acting chairman of fpsc ?

I haven't received any such call although I didn't attached my degree along with the application form last year.

Last year I got a letter and call from FPSC office and they asked me to submit documents within 3 days. Some people congratulated me that you are passed, but very few who knew the FPSC's procedure were saying that it's just a routine process and has nothing to do with the result. When the result was declared after a few days, I didn't make it. So it's just a routine check of the missing documents and nothing else.

It means that this procedure has no relation with success or failure in papers. But I want to ask why they are doing this check now whereas these documents were submitted in Oct last year?

My friend receive call today and he was absent in optionals, so theory of getting selected is wrong. He tell me regarding result that the fpsc official was bluffing.

What does the fpsc official get from this bluff?

Two people, I know them personally were asked to submit documents (I congratulated them as they shared) but when the result was declared they couldn't make through, one flunked in Islamiyat other couldn't make aggregate.

Khattak was a nice guy. From what I have heard, he was a man of principle (relatively). A few more things that I have heard may compel admins to delete this post so I am unable to say them (about the result).

But, altogether Khattak was way better than the one who was the chairman before him. Fingers crossed, let's see what October 2015 brings for us (i.e. the CE-2015 candidates).

Gen.Janjua may become the next chairman fpsc as the above mentioned article states. He, too has a good repute and is considered man of principle.

It was predicted that after Khattak the slot of FPSC chairman will be politicised. Certainly if this happens then no body will stand victorious. I hope PM comes out of his deep slumber and let the sanity prevail!

Those people who received the call, could you tell us which documents were missing from your application? What documents were you asked to submit before the result? Please answer.

Gen junjua has already been hired for the post two days back.

Accoring to my sources,Gen Junjua is also a very methodical person and I guess he has stepped in to this post at the rigt time, when rthe corruption in the results is expected the most. When the resuly is ready, I dont see any point of delaying to another month.

Fpsc is credible in term of reputation, but in Pakistan there is always opulent like respected Dr. Arslan Iftikhar, which finds back-door entry in bureaucratic setup. I don't think chairman or any single individual can be shield against nepotism or corruption.Furthermore, for the chairmanship of fpsc they should consider a bureaucrat not army personals, I think chairman should be the one who passes the same system like any ordinary csp. Whereas, these army personals enter into bureaucracy through Zia's paved way.

I would respectfully disagree. I think most of the bureaucrats are corrupt to the bone by the end of their careers. Army generals may not be an exception, but at least they have lesser political leanings. Bureaucrats can be easily influenced by politicians whereas this is not true about the army personnel. And that makes the latter suited more for this particular job.

I am desperately waiting for CSS written exam result. FPSC shouldn't be pulled into political structure.Mr khattak was a man of principal.He has a strong and seasoned personality.we wish him all the best for his retired life.

Dear dont worry. as you have more time, try to spend it in prayers for the success. I think the only institution in Pakistan that can avoid politicization is army and if this person has been hired, this is a positive sign. Even beurocracy can not resist against the politics, their strings are pulled by the the corrupt politicians and no person with even high moral integrity can avoid it. Pray for my success too. I will pray for you also.

My friend receive candidature rejection letter today. It was dated 3 days back so I think every thing is set.

Yes, he received intimation on January this year and didn't appear for optionals.

My friend applied for css with course completion certificate whereas his degree was completed in january 2015. So technically he was not eligible for css. He received call from AC fpsc last month asking him to submit degree, but he didn't due to aforementioned reasons. Today he receive the rejection letter from fpsc dated 9/9/15. I hope you got my point.:)

How come FPSC broke the chain of events mentioned in latest newsletter. Result was supposed to be announced before announcement of CE-16 according to newsletter. Are they not supposed to follow the order of events ???

Fpsc is not restricted to follow that order, you can expect these kind of things in Pakistan.

I guess you know now how unreliable are expected dates even if pronounced by any FPSC member.

Admin you are absolutely right, I least expected fpsc to follow the order they published but they didn't. Amazing thing is that 2014 css report is still not published which was on last newsletter.

There are some personal hearings to be attended by fpsc till 26th of october.Will it affect result announcement date?
