That is not Asad Ali Sodhar. He did not take CE-15.

His brother (my collegue) Naveed Ali Sodhar took CE-12, passed but was not allocated.

May be you are right. One of my colleague told me that this is roll no. of Asad Ali Sodhar. Yes, I also know Naveed Sodhar, he appeared in CE-14 also but didn't make this.
