Sister @Daisy and brother @Davis the mentioned result sheet is from 2014.
One of my friend share this with me by explaining his point of view that no matter how much you work hard but in the end "Luck" and "Karma" are something that are far from your control. Hence, a bad 2,3 hours can ruin your whole year long preparation. Also, a bad day on the checker side can affect your coming years or whole life...!!!!!

I have been listening a lot about restructuring of Civil service, various ideas are floating there.
But in my humble opinion there must also be a new method for the checking of papers. If one candidate just fail in one subject, no matter how better he scores in other subjects, he will have to attempt all the subjects again.
