What do you think of a failed candidate in CSS having following marks sheet?

Roll No 12675

COMPULSORY:
Essay 10 FAIL
English 50 PASS

Default Attention All..!!! What the hell is wrong with CSS..???
After having a glance at the DMC of the candidate, one can easily rule out the incapability or poor writing skills. However, still there can can be many reasons behind his/her failure:

Candidate couldn't comprehend the essence of the Topic (likely)

He was unaware of the structure of the essay (unlikely)

Something in writing or technique offended checker(likely)

Checker was having a bad day (likely)

Checker couldn't understand his/her dense expression (likely)

Checker was high at the time of checking ( most likely)

PS: This is coming from someone who had similar DMC in 2013

Out of five likely reasons to his or her failure, only the first puts blame on the candidate. Afsoos!

@ Ibn e Nasrullah

This reminds me of Hafiz Karimdad Dilshad Chughtai who had a phenomenal DMC back in 2013 except that he flunked in essay. He secured 2nd position in 2014 though.

Reasons were evenly distributed. First three can be rectified by the candidate
