Okay, I am confused. How come this is a failure's DMC? There's another post in this thread with the person scoring 61 in Essay and passing all the compulsory and optional exams and having an aggregate score above 600 and even that is a failure's DMC? What sorcery is this?!

No it is a 100 marks paper.

In 2015 it was 200 marks paper. Syllabus has been revised now from 2016.
