Documents required for Psychological Test
 

The 1st phase of psychological tests has started. They have asked to bring the following documents:
[B]The candidates are required to bring all original documents, Application Form (duly filled in) alongwith attested photocopies of all documents, four sets of security clearance proforma (duly filled in) downloaded from [url]www.fpsc.gov.pk[/url], educational profile proforma, undertaking and two recent passport size photographs for Psychological Assessment. [/B]

Now this is confusing. I have following questions:
What application form are they asking here?
Are they asking for attested photocopies of degrees and transcripts?
And how to get character certificate as I have done MSc from Sweden back in 2011?

you will get the application form via paper mail. i myself have received it today.

yes the attested copies of all the original documents including transcripts, degrees, domicile, cnic etc are required.

And what about security form? Do we have to fill it 4 times by hand or should we fill it once and get 3 photocopies of it?

as far a i know we have to get its four photocopies and then fill by hand separately.

character certificate querry
 

I think fpsc need character certificate of matric or intermediate institute... therefore you need not to worrry about character certificate not issued by university.
