It would be better for you to visit this forum frequently. It will help you alot in deciding your optionals. Many have discussed here that choose subjects wisely, i.e. subjects of your interest keepng in mind the scoring trends. You can opt psychology, sociology and history subjects, but again, its upto your interest.

What optional subjects did u opted?
There is a list of optionals that almost any one can choose i.e. with any educational background. It's not necessary to have a related background.

See this list of few:
International Law (some other laws too)
Sociology, Psychology (related)
Journalism (easy, short and good scoring= seniors)
Persian (new for you but paper is too easy)
Any regional language (really scoring)
History (Islamic,US etc...not Indopak )
Geography

Visit the related threads for more info

My optionals : Islamic His (although have a med background), Zoology, Psychology

Prayers,
Hideous Ahsen

Thanks for your suggestions your combination is great. Suits yours background which could be a great edge for you.
I have a commerce background and the optionals related with it is bus add which too much lengthy to apt and mercantile law about which almost everyone said is not scoring.
Islamic history.. Umm.. Are attempting the compulsory subject of Islamic studies in English? I am a bit reluctant in opting such subjects because they are said to be easier to attempt in Urdu and a bit tricky in English because one have to use particular relevant terminology..

Islamic His in Urdu? I don't think so if this option is available. Even if it were I had chosen in English still.

No, there's no such 'specific terminology' in history subs, it's just simple and to the point relating events and dates.

Prayers,
Hideous Ahsen

Same here, my optional 'Zoology' is also considered low scoring but since I've a background and self-confidence, I'm opting it. Although at times I get my mind turning around.
