Where is para 27 (checklist) of the form?

I went through the whole form but could not find this para 27 which mentions the checklist of the documents required to be dispatched to FPSC.

Can anyone guide.

It possibly does not appear while applying online. But, when you print, the hard copy has 7 pages in toto. Page # 6 is the page entitled Para 27-check list.

The documents' copies along with form should be sent to FPSC's headquarters, Islamabad. You can do Couriers from any city/district of pakistan. It doesn't matter where from you send it to Islamabad.

(m) In case of Ex-Employees of Armed Forces of Pakistan No Objection Certificate from relevant
authority.
(n) In case of Disabled candidates, certificate of disability from the competent authority.
