@exclusively thanks for your prompt response, but brother last time it was mentioned that you can edit it with pen in case any mistake is being noticed once you have submitted the application but this time they haven't mentioned anything as such

and do I need to put my initials on it as well when making the necessary corrections?

First,I want to know which documents are required apart from bachelors degree?
Secondly,I have completed my bachelors degree but the degree will be awarded by my institute in November.I have applied for official transcript but my university will provide me the transcript on 29th of October.
What should i do?
Kindly guide me

Yes dear you can, because it is just a minor mistake. Even while we get printing, some times some text is missing and we used to write down with the pen. Thus, just nothing to worry about and fill up with the pen. So far, I do remember, despite of filling up my institute names, they were not present after getting printed my form out. Hence, I used to write down with the pen and it was accepted. Same thing happened to me twice-in my very first and second attempts. Therefore, you need to fill up the form with the black pointer and send it to fpsc head office.

Yes you have to mention just the location and Board's name and not the College/School name

Dear you can apply on the basis of simple B.A, if you don't have got your degree certificate then nothing to worry about. Just apply on the basis of your mark sheets and pass certificate. It is very easy to apply. Good Luck.

Fee receipt, CNIC, Domicile, PRC, Matriculation certificate, Intermediate Certificate and Graduation Degree.

In case you don't have the degree then apply with transcript and pass certificate.
Get your transcript on 29th and apply immediately. If you can't get it then apply with your marksheets and pass/provisional certificate.

sir i want to ask that my friend had taken exams, attempted all papers but later on her candidature was cancelled or rejected due to underage reason so now when she will mention about her previous experience what will she write in reason tab either fail, pass, absent or what????????????

WoA Dear,

Well I don't have any authentic information regarding the issue.

I guess I've been asked about the same issue before.

I would highly recommend you to contact FPSC in this regard and confirm from them about her attempt too, as to has she consumed it or not ? as she was underage and she had taken all of the papers.
