Yes it will be accepted as you have to send the challan form with the application and Bank Branch Code is all that matters.

hello
I want to know that the challan form is to be printed by us and then submitted to the bank...is there any name specific name to be mentioned that we want it for css to the bank teller ?
and the total amt is 2200 ?

Print out challan by your self and fill in the required details.... i-e Name, fee particulars(CE-15), amonut in figures and amount in words, Bank Brach Name and Code and District of Bank Branch...

Finally submit the challan in NBP.

And yes the amount is Rs.2200.

can i attach domicile receipt with the application form?? coz my domicile is not ready yet..

can't we submit the hard copy by hand in any regional office, if no then what is the address where it must be sent? (is it only fpsc headquarter islamabad?)

Wait till 30th.. If you get it, attach domicile as it is necessary or you can contact FPSC for authentic information.

Everyone has heared that they are not accepting forms at regional offices I suggest you to go there if you are in vicinity of a regional/provincial office and get it confirmed so that everyone benefits from your response.
