I have contact on given contact number of FPSC & its regional offices found all time busy. Kindly advise due to not availability of option result awaited I have applied with option PASS that led to violation of rule on other hand FPSC says for submitting an application without waiting of result 2014.

Keep calling them. I hope they would tell you to correct that mistake by pen. But just to be sure about it you should contact FPSC. They are busy but keep trying.

Have you applied and printed the form? I guess no. Print the form and on the 6th page of your form, you will find the list of documents to be sent along with the form.

After applying, editing will not help you. If your sibling's qualification text-box is empty then simply fill it by pen. I guess, this is just a minor mistake.

Due to FPSC's inefficient online application process, lots of candidates have made mistakes while filling the form and applying. They were being called by some candidates and they answered to correct that mistake by pen. Now, here in one of the above posts, one member has mentioned the rule of FPSC about rejection of application. I wonder, why they told candidates to correct mistakes by pen whereas they devised a rule of rejection regarding this.

The treasury challan has column for sign and stamp of bank officer on my fpsc copy the stamp is at the bottom of the challan on top of lines showing branch name code city and sign in said column
Plus the stamp is quite weak in appearance
Should i send photocopy of candidate copy as a precaution?

Banks usually do such acts in hurry. This is not your mistake. Write branch name. code and district of bank on that challan form and you are done. No need to worry about it.

Everything was filled he just stamped over it thought why not send a photocopy of the candidate copy which has everything in write place along with orignal fpsc copy

after printing out the hard copy of forms is it suppose to be numbered along with the documents ? if yes then from where which document to start first with ?

Number them in the order of checklist
