Default submission of form through hard copy
the last date for the submission of form online is 31st Oct, so the hard copies should also b send before 31st Oct or it's date is 31st Dec.

and below that they have asked "from date###to date###,so what we have to write in the dashes??? should it be the time period from the starting date of the 1st day of the session to the last date till result???

Yes bro you are right. If they start rejecting us on these corrections we have made in our printed forms then more than half of the candidates's candidature would be rejected. But this is not going to happen IN SHA ALLAH cause they are not that insane. I pray, they accept all those forms with minor mistakes.

after printout of the hard copy of the registration form ,other then sign do we have to enter any detail via pen on form ?

the other thing to ask,they have given two two lines for the postal and permanent addresses each,if my each of two addresses cover their one respective line,can i leave the 2nd line of each blank??? please the reply of my three urgent Questions will be highly appreciated by me!!!

For online applying last date is 31st October whereas hard-copy of form is to be sent before 10th of November.

Yes you have comprehended it rightly. For starting date enter a hypothetical date that feasible enough and end date is on your DMC.

Print your form and read from page 1 till page 7. You will find your answer. Simple as that.

Default help...ERROR in ONLINE reg
i filled the online form and i have the printout now..i am a first timer..i haven't mentioned all educational record..i just mentioned university record (i haven't mentioned intermediate and SSC record)..later i did but changes not occurred.. plus i wrote NBP address wrong..inplace of mardan i wrote makran..
now it in PDF form, i haven't dispatched it yet..
how can i make changes???

You have made a lot of mistakes bro. However, you should correct them manually in your printed form by pen. Also, for your own satisfaction call FPSC and let them know about the mistakes you made. A lot of candidates made mistakes in their forms just like you. They called FPSC and inquired about it then FPSC's officials told them to correct them manually by pen. So, you can do the same correction. But you must call FPSC.
