I have pass certificate and 8 mark sheets of my bachelor degree, can I apply with all these? or currently at this instant degree and single transcript are essential?

Can anyone tell which documents are to be submitted along with the form for admission ?

Pass certificate and a Transcript can be dispatched as an alternate to Degree itself but not all of the marksheets.

1.Original Treasury Receipt for Rs.2200 Dated:,Fee deposited in NBP Branch Name National Bank of Pakistan Bank(Branch Code): NBP City/District:

2.Recent 4 Photographs (attested on back side, mentioning name and father's name).

3.Attested copy of Computerized National Identity Card.

4.Attested copy of Matriculation Certificate showing date of birth. Provisional Certificate/ Result Card/ Marks Sheet is not acceptable.

5.Attested copy of Intermediate Certificate. Provisional Certificate/ Result Card/ Marks Sheet is not acceptable.

6.Attested copy of Degree(s).

7.Attested copy of self Domicile Certificate.

8.Certificate for Buddhist and Scheduled Caste Candidates. (Annex-A)

9.Certificate for Provincial/ Federal Tribal Areas candidates and those belonging to Gilgit-Baltistan. (Annex-B)

10.Certificate from Kashmir Affairs Division for Azad Kashmir Nationals. (Annex-C)

11.Certificate for Minorities. (Annex-D)

12.Departmental Permission Certificate (Annex-E) (for Government Servants).

13.In case of Ex-Employees of Armed Forces of Pakistan No Objection Certificate from relevant authority.

14.In case of Disabled candidates, certificate of disability from the competent authority.

15.If additional documents are attached with application form, please attach a separate list.

Attested copy of Degree(s) meaning ?

i have the result card of Bsc but degree is yet to me recieved.

Attested copy of Degree(s) means attested copy of your Graduation Degree and Masters Degree as well if any..

If you don't have the degree, the Transcript and Pass Certificate are the alternate to it.

If you have any other documents that are not listed in para 27 of the application form then make a separate list for those documents.

Documents other than described in here, such as Experience certificate of any company you have worked for or any recognition such as Research paper or position in any Contest etc

Certificate/Letter Issued by Icap and Icamp for passing various stages of exam do they fall under degree(s) (i mentioned their details in educational record)? or additional documents ?
