Various stages of the same exam ?

If yes then it will be like marksheets of every year of a four/five year Bachelors Degree program. So I guess in that case only one certificate that is either Degree itself or the Transcript along with Pass Certificate.

Sir in chartered accountancy icap has three stage exam of ca
Foundation
Intermediate
Finals
on passing each stage icap issued a certificate/letter (degree style format)
since i passed two stages and last stage not yet complete so submitting intermediate certificate as evidence for the education details mentioned in the form ,will this fall in category of degree or other document requiring separate list

Is this(CA) your qualification that makes you eligible for CSS ? or you are applying for CSS on other graduation degree ?

If former case and you have not completed it yet then it will not fulfill the minimum qualification criterion to take CSS as you said you have not taken its Finals yet and submitting Intermediate won't have any effect as it will not work as Transcript because Transcript is allotted after you complete your graduation.

and if it is the latter case then you don't need to mention it as it has not been completed yet and will have no effect on your application.

The online application is asking for a valid domicile. However, there isn't any option of domicile there. Against the "domicile" is a small box which is blank. My data is not being saved because of this. Can you please tell me what to do?

Ok then don't mention your CA and the last stage after profile completion where you have to apply for CSS 2015, you'll have to enter TR Receipt number, date, bank details, optional subjects and occupational groups.

And complete your profile but leave the personal information section for now till FPSC fixes the Domicile section issue.

It is the problem that I've been describing for the last two days over and over but aspirants keep asking the same question again and again.

I would like to grab everyone's attention here that FPSC's website is encountering problem in Domicile section of the profile creation and due to that you can not update your personal information in your profile. So leave that section for now and complete rest of the profile and wait till FPSC reopens and fixes the issue after Eid holidays and then complete your profile and apply for CE-15.

I guess so... But for confirmation you may contact FPSC.

Transcript is simply a single mark sheet that describes over all result of your graduation and by analogy it will be equivalent to all of your mark sheets of your graduation.

With this comparison you may submit a pass certificate and all of your marks sheets as an alternative to your Degree but remember FPSC will surely ask you again to submit your Degree and Transcript before announcement of the result of written part of the exam.

yes dear.

and here is the excerpt from the CE-2015 Rules.

5.(i). A candidate must hold at least a Second Division or Grade “C” Bachelor’s degree in any faculty of one of the Pakistani Universities or an equivalent degree or comparable educational qualifications of a foreign University recognized by Higher Education Commission, Islamabad.

Note: In case the candidate does not hold the required degree on or before the cut off date, he/she shall be required to produce a certificate from the duly authorized officer of the concerned degree awarding institution, to the effect that the candidate has fulfilled all the requirements of the said degree and has/had cleared/passed the examination for the said degree on or before the cut off date. The candidate however would be required to produce the said degree before the final result is declared by the Commission.
