On page 1 on the printed form , nationality, age, education, occupation is blank. Should i fill by pen??? Or leave it

Salam. I have applied online and now came to know that I forgot to mention myself in the Siblings portion. Now print outs are in my hand... What should i do....... :/

WoA, you both have to fill it by pen and attach an application mentioning the cause of the mishap.

Is it necessary to upload the picture??? secondly in education section i have written my qualifications from masters to matric but it shows
Matriculation
Masters
Bachelor
Intermediate..wt should I do???? please rply

Yes it is necessary to upload picture...

Don't worry about the order of the entries in education section. Just neglect it.

Aoa unfortunately i forgot to upload my picture should i attach a passport size picture on the first page

Kindly tell me as soon as possible because my whole application is complete and i have to dispatch it in an hour

yes write an application about this to addressing FPSC and attach one picture with stapler on first page of application.

Is it point number 9? That is for spouse (husband/wife). Unmarried people will have that section blank by default.

i received two copies of challan from bank
duplicate and
original (fpsc)copy

shouid i retain duplicated n send original to fpsc or both to fpsc?
