Attach the original with hardcopy and send it to fpsc
Hurry last hour complete your profile and apply
Keep duplicate for your own record

Guys i have got a problem.

I do not have a domicile, i do not remember sending one in 2014 exam (that i absented but got the roll number).

Now its holidays, I live in Lahore and I have mentioned Sialkot as my domicile, and my voter list is LAHORE.

I suppose I can not get it until 5th, and that too from Sialkot.

What to do..

please guide me as what is the last date (till which date) to send the online printed form with documents to the FPSC office by post??

How do we come to know our form # as required in the online application form? would it be allotted later by the FPSC ?

I think your Tracking ID and Date of Application is what you are looking for. They are mentioned on the printed form at the top.

How we come to know our forms delivered means FPSC got form ? And when will we get roll number slip?
