kindly guide me .. page number 7 of regestration form of CSS have empty place in the box of district .. no district name is mentioned here after name and address field .. we need to write our district here or it will be fill by FPSC ???

also i want to know about certificates attachments ... we just have to attach our certificates and degrees ??? no mark sheet and transcripts etc ????

hello...senior members plz help me...actually i have done a great mistake..i think its a blunder...i have applied for ce 2015 manually and send thhe hard copy along with documents..i have not applied online....can anyone tell me any solution???fpsc will reject me??????????????? plz reply fast

Don't panic,applying online isn't mandatory,if you have properly filled application forms than you will be certainly enrolled.

Yes.
Its too late.
This year FPSC offer online submission of form.
Them generate hard copy from web and sent with documents.

The list of rejected candidates is on the FPSC website under the CSS 2015 header.
