1. Federal Public Service Commission will hold the CSS Competitive Examination - 2015 with effect from Saturday 14th February, 2015 for recruitment to posts in BS - 17 in following Occupational Groups/Services under the Federal Government:[INDENT][LIST][*] Commerce & Trade Group[*] Foreign Service of Pakistan[*] Information Group[*] Inland Revenue Service[*] Military Lands & Cantonments Group[*] Office Management Group[*] Pakistan Administrative Service[*] Pakistan Audit and Accounts Service[*] Pakistan Customs Service[*] Police Service of Pakistan[*] Postal Group[*] Railways (Commercial & Transportation) Group[/LIST][/INDENT]2. The number of vacancies to be filled on the basis of CSS Competitive Examination - 2015 will be announced later.

3. The examination is likely to be held at following centres depending upon the number of candidates:
1. Abbottabad
2. Bahawalpur
3. D.G. Khan
4. D.I. Khan
5. Faisalabad
6. Gilgit
7. Gujranwala
8. Hyderabad
9. Islamabad
10. Karachi
11. Lahore
12. Larkana
13. Multan
14. Muzaffarabad
15. Peshawar
16. Quetta
17. Rawalpindi
18. Sargodha
19. Sukkur

[B]4. ELIGIBILITY: [/B]Both male and female including disabled persons having at least 2nd Division Bachelor’s degree between the ages of 21 to 28 years as on 31.12.2014 are eligible. The upper age limit may be relaxed by two years in categories mentioned in Rule 3 of CSS CE Rules - 2015, subject to fulfillment of documentary requirements.

5. QUOTA FOR WOMEN AND MINORITIES:[/B] Federal Government has reserved 10% of the vacancies for Women and 5% for the Minorities within the share of provinces/Regions.
Both are encouraged to apply.

6. PROCEDURE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION: [/B]All aspirants may apply online for CSS examination during the period 1st October to 31st October 2014, followed by submission of hard copy of online form alongwith all documents and Treasury Receipt of Rs.2200/-, so as to reach the FPSC Headquarters, Islamabad within 10 days of the closing date as per procedure stipulated in Rule - 7 of CSS CE Rules - 2015.

8. CLOSING DATE FOR SUBMISSION OF ONLINE APPLICATION IS 31st OCTOBER, 2014.

9. [U][B]CANDIDATES ARE ADVISED TO[/B][/U];
(i) Carefully fill the on line form. The hard copy of on line application form must have the same entries as in online form. No subsequent alteration in the entries of online form shall be accepted.
(ii) Deposit, before the closing date, Rs.2200/- as exam ination fee in the nearest Govt. Treasury/State Bank of Pakistan/National Bank of Pakistan under the account head “C02101 - Organs of State Exam fee (FPSC Receipt).
(iii) Attach all attested copies of required documents, photographs & original treasury receipt of Rs.2200/- with the hardcopy of on line application form and must be dispatched to Secretary FPSC so as to reach to FPSC Headquarters, Islamabad within 10 days of the closing date.
(iv) Choose the optional subjects correctly in accordance with Appedix - I of the rules for CSS CE - 2015.
(v) Be careful that [B][U]optional subjects[/U][/B] & [B][U]examination centre[/U][/B] once selected shall not be changed. No request in this regard shall be entertained.
(vi) Correctly enter CNIC No. & date of birth in online form and in it s hardcopy. Wrong entry shall lead to rejection of candidature.
(vii) Strictly comply with the rules of CSS CE - 2015 else their candidature shall lead to rejection.

Application form would not be provided by FPSC this time. You would have to apply online only and take a print-out of your application and send it to FPSC along with other requisite documents within 10 days of the closing date. Failing which your candidature for the examination could be rejected by the commission.

bro last time to online wala chakar ni tha... is time b wo option available hy ya we must apply online this time (you know online applications mostly get rejected due to various reasons, so i prefer to apply by hand :p)

According to CE 2015 rules.
No apply by hand written form.:nono
Just online apply avaliable and than hard copy and complete documents required sent to FPSC.

Sialkot me papers nahi hon ge !!!!!

Okara and Sialkot have been excluded this time

The procedure remains the same as last year. An online form will have to be filled and submitted and a hard copy of it will be submitted to the FPSC's office. The online form is not available right now on the website, hopefully it will be available starting October. The hard copy of the online form to be filled by hand is to contain exactly the same information one provides in the online form. The submission deadline for the hard copy will be until the 10th of November. Anyone whose hard copy of the form is not received by the commission along with fee slip, within the deadline date, will have their online entry rejected.

The hard copy of online application will be auto-filled with the information you provide in the online application. The only thing that you have to write by hand is your signature on the hard copy of the online application.

I remember filling the form manually last year. The Annex forms already available on the website will too have to be filled by hand. In any case the point being: the hard copy of admission form manually filled or otherwise WILL HAVE TO BE POSTED to the FPSC in spite of the online submissions.
