As Journalism and Public Ad are considered equal in score-fetching, your confusion is obvious. But if we decide according to the 2014 papers, i would go for Public Ad. Syllabus is specific and short. You can fetch good marks. But if you have studied Journalism before and have a command over analysis, then you may go for Journalism.
A good strategy is to see 2014 papers of both, ask yourself that whether you can attempt former or the latter in a better way.

How to prepare p ad? Books strategy etc

I havent studied either of them but I think journalism can be hard againlike this year thats why I am confused

Consult Dr Sultan Khan's Public Administration. If needed, also read Personnel Administration also. For MCQ's, buy Jahangir's or Emporium's MCQ's booklet

Css 2015 is my first attempt. My optional subjects are
1.Psychology
2.IHC
3.Geography
Essay is a tough nut to crack but frankly speaking ek topic women related zaroor aye ga. For that my work on women related essays.
Women role in:-
1.Politics 2. Nation Development 3. Social 4. Conflict resolution 5. Poverty Alleviation 6. Building Peace 7. Legislation and Governance
