eligibility for css 2015
 

i will complete my bachelors degree in october 2014. i read that the cutoff date for determining eligibility is 31st decemeber 2014. can i still aplly for css 2015. please tell me ASAP

whats your age and till what date your result of bachelors degree would be expected so far???

i am 21 so that should not be a problem right and my degree will be complete by the end of october. i also have a certificate from my university stating so. will that be enough. please and thankyou.

In this case, yes you are eligible for CSS-2015. But what documentary proof can you submit with the application that closes on 31st October?
