Concept vs rattalization

Guys I seriously want to know your thoughts/views about it. Which one is important(Ratta or concept) and should be considered while attempting a question. Give at least 2 arguments in the support of your pick

Rora ratta tola aera shi aw bala ratte wala sawaloona us na razi. I.e. you will forget all that you cram on exam day other than verses of quran and a few dates. Secondly question are now analytical. So clear your concepts by one extensive studying and two by discussions with friends. Za da mady baba yum khu us pa painde ke yum. Allah de mal sha.

It is never too late to clear your concepts. If you don't do it yourself life will do it for you but that would be very painful. Masters in which subject?

Dear brother as I have mentioned before that I have been a lover of concepts and I hated memorizing things. I have done my masters in political science (pakistan affairs)

well its debatable.
IN my opinion you can arugue or give an agumentative answer only if you have information in memory which comes from learning or more precisely cramming.
For instance you need to learn Nehru report and Quaids 14 points in order to compare and contrast in between these two.
More over consider Islamiat ,you have to learn some things before you put them in explanation.
I believe that in certain areas you need skills which donot come from cramming only as argument development in English essay an Current affairs.
But on the contrary you have to cram idioms in order to pass the composition paper.
Likewise consider EDS.What kind of concept you expect in learning Circulatory system?:excl:you have to cram it....OR what concept you need in learning that anemometer is used for measuring speed of the wind.Obviously you need ratta.
Moreover languages in CSS for example demand excellent ratta skills to score high marks.
So in a nut shell you need Cramming power in addition to argumentative and analytical skills for clearing this exam.
Regards.
