I am also on the rejection list but there is ambiguity, since I have sent them documents timely. As they are not picking phone or phone remains busy, kindly email on as maximum as possible:
fpsc@fpsc.gov.pk
Also request them to upload new list atleast containing Tracking ID provided by FPSC at the time of application submission or some other distinctive mark.

They have used the word "may be rejected" and have mentioned "roll no.s", it rationally follows they will give chance for clearance.

Default No center in Gujranwala this year????
No candidate from Gujranwala is in rejected candidate list is it means no center this year in my city......?

FPSC should mention CNIC numbers along the names on the rejection list to eliminate agonising ambiguity. My advice would be from the next year everyone submit your applications in the nearest FPSC office & get the receipt to avoid getting rejected despite fulfilling all the requirements. It is direct contact for query and hopefully they'll pick call in first attempt if phone not busy.
They said that they have sent letters to the rejected candidates and the candidates shall receive within days.

I received the letter today. Rejected because of non-submission in time. I submitted the application on 10 November, so it was in time

I also have the FPSC Lahore Office Receipt dated 10 November. Guys please advise what should I do.

Application forms are required to reach the FPSC's Islamabad office before the deadline expires. Candidates are advised to always dispatch their forms well before the last day.

if you have receipt then they will definitely do something for you.
