So simple 14 year education is requirement. :)

in the rules of CE-2016, Rule no 3 which deals with age relaxation does not enlist FATA. can somebody explain?

That rule didn't expicitly name FATA in earlier Rules too(CE-15).

So just relax, if you belong to the said Tribal Areas then you can claim age relaxation provided that you produce the required certificate.

[B]CE-16[/B]

3(b)The candidates belonging to the recognized Tribes who are permanent residents of the areas mentioned-below and whose families have been living in these areas. Such candidates must attach a certificate (Annex-B ofApplication Form) to be issued by Political Agent/ DCO/District Magistrate in support of their claim:—
1. Baluchistan
2. Tribal Areas of D.I.Khan and Peshawar Divisions (including former Frontier States of Dir, Swat, Chitral and Amb).
3. Former excluded (Baluch) area forming part of the Dera Ghazi Khan and Rajanpur Districts.
4. Former Tribal Areas of Mardan and Hazara Divisions.
5. Upper Tanawal Area of Hazara Division

Invitation of Applications for CSS Exams
 

I can see on the FPSC web site that they have started inviting applications for the CE-2016 exam. But what I don't see is that there is no place where I can apply online and take a print out of the form. In the Apply online section, the current jobs are listed only for application.

Is it because that they still have to update it?

It'll start in 1st week of Oct. Registration period is 1st Oct to 31st Oct, that is why there is no option to apply online.

Plus I have another confusion
Are result cards for any class sufficient or do we have to provide certificates n degrees?
