candidates serving in autonomous institutions, what should they do with the DPC?

They don't need DPC, because DPC is required to be submitted by Govt Organisation employees not Autonomous ones.

You can mention your job in experience section but don't need DPC.

In education portion,may I start from matric or from masters' firstL.Which may I write first its matric or masters' first?

These are instructions placed above education section...

Enter Most Recent Education First.(Maximum 5 entries are allowed)

So start from most recent one that is Masters.

please help. I can not select my district of domicile as the list is not opening ? And please also tell me in which category the district Mianwali falls. In tribal area of punjab or just punjab ?

Try cleaning cache/history of your browser. If this doesn't work try another browser.

I'm not sure about Mianwali being tribal or not.

i meant After filling required spaces . i should direct enter skip button or save button ?

Save, to save entered data.
Skip, to skip if it doesn't apply to you. Disability for instance.
