If you are working in a government organization that is neither autonomous nor semi-autonomous then use DPC provided on FPSC's website.

If the organization, you are working for, is autonomous or private then use NOC provided by your department. That can be obtained by the HR Department with an application to the concerned official.

And it is to be submitted along with hard copy of application form. However, few departments forward it to FPSC themselves. So you should ask your department about their policy.

No. Email, CNIC, Name and user ID once registered can not be changed, unless done so by FPSC itself.

One fellow member here had name spelling error so he contacted FPSC and they changed it for him because he was unable to do so.

and same for intermediate and matric..Dont remember the result date or complete date...what date should we write?? Is it fine if we give aprox dates as they are not mention in our result sheets or degrees ?

Well it should show your DoB. May be the certificate you are talking isn't the exact one ? In our Borad(B.I.S.E Larkana) it is called Pacca(Paka) Certificate. It has DoB.

If you have not been issued with Intermediate certificate then Intermediate Marksheet with Pass certificate will be the alternate to it.

Under the section of the information of Brothers/Sisters, I forgot to mention my details in it. Does it matter to worry about?

And I did not received confirmation message from FPSC on my mobile through a tracking number. Should I be worried here too??

1. Just Grade 17 Officer.

2. Yes, you'll have to produce equivalence if you want to show your Masters. And yes these procedure are pathetic.

You'll have to add yourself in that list by pen now and if you want my advise, do take FPSC into confidence before doing so. It might require an application too but that depends upon FPSC's directions now.

Yes it is not explicitly mentioned anywhere but those who are employed have to apply through proper channel and specifically those who work for an autonomous organization can not use DPC so they have to produce NOC to apply through proper channel.


Through post you should use UMS service not common registered post, and TCS too would be great and it has the added advantage of tracking your shipment online.

I read here about missing information of self in the brothers/sisters (siblings) section.
Since it is a ''sibling'' section, it doesn't make sense to include 'self' in that list? I have already dispatched my hard copy to FPSC...should it matter?

Secondly, I have included a xerox copy of my degree certificate and diploma supplement indicating my transcripts...and i didn't get it attested..is that okay?

Attestation is just formality, if you can then get them attested otherwise it won't get your application rejected if your docs are not attested.
