JazakAllah O Khair dear.

1. Just Grade 17 Officer.

2. Yes, you'll have to produce equivalence if you want to show your Masters. And yes these procedure are pathetic.

Well you should have included yourself but what's done is done now.

You'll have to add yourself in that list by pen now and if you want my advise, do take FPSC into confidence before doing so. It might require an application too but that depends upon FPSC's directions now.

JazakAllah
I didn't mention it either. The section heading says details of brothers and sisters, therefore mentioning details regarding yourself doesn't make much sense. Does it? Candidate information is already there in the first section in detail. Please guide.
Thanks in anticipation.

Instruction above that section says: Please indicate the order of birth of your brothers and sisters(including yourself).

And the drop down menu at Siblings also has the option of Your-Self, so how come you didn't notice that ?

They need each and every info regarding the candidate and that's the part of it....

You have the option of editing it by hand but that too when you haven't dispatched it. So here is how its going to be for you, contact FPSC and tell them about this issue, if they don't have any issue with this minor error then you have nothing to worry about.

Other entries are irrelevan
Whether I would mention No or just leave them blank?

Check "No" because you are not attaching these documents.

While creating/updating profile, education section mentioned in applicant detail requires academic achievements be given in an order from the most recent to the last one i.e M.A/M.Sc to Matric. Inspite of following these instructions, I've not been able to keep them in pre-mentioned order and all this appears like this...
Education Title Action
BSC Edit | Delete
FSC Edit | Delete
MSC Edit | Delete
MATRIC Edit | Delete

what should i do now?

This problem has not been faced by you only, but almost every other candidate has faced the same problem. So just relax and if you have entered details as instructed then don't worry about the order of the entries.

I guess they (regional offices)want to avoid the trouble of dispatching numerous application forms to Head Office... why bother dispatch application forms by ourselves when candidates can do that for themselves... :p

I haven't numbered the documents i included in the package prior to dispatch.
Would it pose any problem? I had my package shipped on the 15th and they confirmed receipt.

Not a Mod but I don't think that it should cause any problem. How did they confirm that your documents have been received?

Toru Tuesday, October 20, 2015 11:23 PM

Because I was told when i called them.

It's also one of the formalities, so won't cause any major issue.

I don't have my certificate of intermediate but I have the mark sheet which is delivered right after result. Now, the problem is that BISE Faisalabad is not providing me with the certificate/sanad. They are saying that it's not printed yet. And FPSC has explicitly mentioned that they don't want intermediate mark sheet. Now, what am I supposed to do?

Send the Intermediate Marksheet with Pass Certificate. That's what I sent in all my three attempts.

I have 2 questions:
First, had they mentioned it before that they would not accept it.
second, what exactly is a pass certificate? All I have is a mark sheet which says: Provisional mark sheet.
Do I have to get it separately from board office?
And could you please also provide me with the contact numbers of FPSC.
waiting for your reply

Its considered for a few candidates that might have not received their certificates. The other thing is that they don't check documents for now but after exam when papers are checked.

And pass certificate is issued separately, you can send only Marksheet for now but they will ask for the certificate later.

Incounternable. I was thinking to skip the foreign degree equivalence for now in order to save time as I am eligible to apply on the basis of 4 year local Bachelor anyway and there is hardly any legal basis for FPSC to be able to reject my application. But just before sending the documents I gave them a call to confirm (I wish I hadn't done this!). The grave man on the other side of the phone said that it was required.

Now, HEC wouldn't pick the phone up. They wouldn't respond to emails. How do I get my equivalence?! The links on their website are broken and I have tried many numbers. I don't know what the idiots sitting at the top in such critical institutions are doing. I am disgusted.

As I said earlier, they won't check all of the documents for now. Just dispatch your documents for now and as you have checked "R" (I'm assuming) for your Bachelors Degree so they won't have any problem with your Maters equivalence. They will ask for it later just dispatch your application for now and apply for HEC equivalence.

The HEC website is up now but very slow..Its taking too much time to load.

For obtaining degree equivalence for Foreign degrees, they have online reservation system...and its working fine...

Yes it is mandatory.

You can apply for DPC first and then apply online but will have to dispatch application form to FPSC along with all required documents, including DPC.

Last year we faced the same error. It's in their online application system and not ours. Fill it in by pen.

Yes you have to send whole auto-generated application form with all required docs that apply to you.

The Bank description to be filled at bottom of the chalan states only NBP Branch name and not SBP Branch name. That is why, I guess, no one bothered to pay it in SBP.
