Help with challan form css 2016

i just submitted the challan form at nbp in the morning today and the bank just returned me the candidate copy. Upon returning home and filling out the form i found out that the bank should have given back the fpsc copy to me also.
i believe the fpsc copy is to be attached by me to be sent with the hard copy of my forms.

am i right?
Please, can anyone tell me if the bank will be able to give me the fpsc copy on monday? or will i have to pay the fees again.

Hey,
I faced the same scenario. You'll have to ask them to return the fpsc copy to you since that is the original copy that you are required to dispatch to fpsc. I'd advise you to visit the bank tomorrow since they dispatch the fee copies to the treasury and it takes a few days to get them back.

FPSC Challan form contain 4 pages, and bank is restricted to return two copies to the applicant.
In case of CSS one we send with our application (hard copy) otherwise our form will be rejected.
And i usual fpsc exams we submit one copy at the test center on test day.
In case PPSC they return one copy of the challan and we submit copy at the time of interview.
You should visit the bank as soon as possible and got FPSC copy.

This happened with me too for CE 2015. Bank gave me one slip instead of two and I sent it with my hard copy but took a coloured scan of it just in case.

During CE 2015, they only checked the Roll No Slips and CNIC, no fee slip. Fee slips are checked for other recruitment exams of FPSC.

I suggest you call FPSC and clarify from them.

You actually don't need to send it with the application form hardcopy. They already have the record and all the necessary details of yours. Don't worry for such nitty-gritty. I myself didn't submit my bachelors degree but I am a PSP today. So chill.

I beg to differ. According to guidelines for online submission on FPSC's website and most importantly, Rule 7(ii) for CE 2016, 18th Sep 2015 (http://www.fpsc.gov.pk/icms/admin/file/CE-2016-Revised%20Rule-18-09-2015.pdf):

"Original treasury receipt for written examination must be attached with the application form to be deposited to the Commission. Without providing original treasury receipt as prescribed above, the application of the candidate shall be rejected."

Treasury/Challan receipt No.

Hi,
Can someone please tell me what is the challan no. as the Bank officer wrote 2 separate numbers on the top of my challan 6 & then separately beneath it, 1655, which is also the bank branch code. Now should I write 6 or 1655? I am a little perplexed as it is the bank branch code. I'd be grateful for any help.

You are supposed to write 6.

There is a separate box for branch code in which you would write 1655.

Mine is written 3.

I wrote 06 in the challan no. space.

Dear All
thank you for your help.
FYI and other candidates in the future - i was not posed a problem. I just sent in the only receipt that the bank gave me back, after keeping a coloured photocopy of the same. My name is not in the rejected candidates list so it is confirmed that it was not a serious issue, even though i will be careful next time.
Moreover, no challan form is resubmitted at the time of css papers or interview. I have confirmed that much from FPSC.
Best of luck to all.
remember me in your prayers also.
