Please do share your % of preparation apparently so that we can have an idea about the preparation amount as per new syllabus because we see many aspirants including seniors who are not willing to take CE~16. :)

I think instead of wasting an attempt, it's better to appear in CE 2017, because now everything is ambiguous that what will be the pattern of paper, will they give one essay to write, two or four? Nothing is clear, so it's better to see the question papers first and appear in CE2017

Brother you are absolutely right. In accordance with age If one has not consecutive attempt, then he/she should skip CE~16, because taking risk is not rationality. If you have got age and time then go for CE~17, no one knows what's gonna be an epic journey of CSS examination this time.

Yes, you have got my point, because this time everyone is trying to fish in the troubled water but result will be against of expectations. I have seen more aspirants in library as compare to previous year, because they are thinking that reforms will help them, but realty is against of it.
