Lost Treasury Receipt CSS 2016
 

I have lost my original deposit slip against registration fee of Rs. 2200. I have not yet sent the hard-copy of my application to FPSC. Is there any way out because the last date for submission of fee was October 31, 2015 and I can deposit the fee again.
Is there a process to obtain a duplicate slip from bank (NBP in this case)? Someone told me NBP hands over slips to Dstrict Account Office and do not maintain record. What should I do? :con
