Lightbulb CSS 2016 scoring trend

The result of 2015 css has been announced and congratulations to allocated segment... The forum is becoming less active and less participatory as we have seen in DMC posting...
Keeping in view different scoring trends over last five years and revamped syllabus of 2016, please smartly foretell the 2016 CSS written competitive score, though I do agree with importance of interview score. Nonetheless, what can be competitive written score enabling to help u land in top 50...
My guess is 700
Also please enlighten the aspirants about average score in 2016. Wil it be high scoring as 2015 or low as 2013-4
