~Contemporary epoch is an epoch of interdependence e.g england depended on holland and us depends on other countries as well.
~The difference only lies in the fact that such countries use their foreign aid, enhance their GDP and dictate the international political economy.
~However Third world countries like pak. Etc fall into dbt crisis due to corruption maladministration n r then surrounded in the shackles of foreign debt.

Foreign aid can ignite the process of development in a country but in thelong run its the self help that will bring economic stability in a country.

~In the economic perspective the world has been divided as Global North and Global South.
¤Global North comprises the rich n first world countries where as Global south comprises third world countries like pakistan etc.
¤The difference is bcz of the fact that global north countries utilize their tangible as well as intangible resources where as third world countries r involved in corruption etc n debt crisis so they r economically thwarted
~So its self help that is the best help
~examples of Russia after Russian revolution closed the doors to external help n achieved remarkabke economic glory

¤ receivd foreign aid from US in 1947 and since then our forein policy has been directed in american interests and sometimes say ratified by US--e.g didnot foster good relations with Russia

¤Loans from IMF..as a result our spendings are adjusted according to therequirements of IMF..e.g low spending on education n health whuch r considered vital for a country's progress.

I think the Gist that you wrote you can replace "can" with "may". as if you use "can" then it means it will happen. So if it will ignite process of development then why not? once you develop everything falls in its place. It helped you stand on your feet so long run then automatically means self sufficiency?

after this you are saying world is divided into two parts. the examiner does not want to know in how many parts world is divided who are the key players, from where money is born and where it goes. He just want to know foreign aid bring stability or not? so he will say irrelevant stuff just filling pages.

yes then you come to point giving history of countries.

then you bring loans from IMF there is a big difference between loans and Aid. now examiner will say he has lost his arguments he is telling us about IMF loan policy must have read in his current affairs or some other subject. just filling pages.

first Human civilisation starting from Adam A.S were given aid from Allah were they not? they were given things and knowledge and then they did everything on their own. One should not be dependent on aid but use it to stand on their feet. Aid given to mr eidhi sahib in form of charity gave him one of the worlds biggest ambulance service.

you need to clear things that Aid does not mean money all the time it can be any thing knowledge, money, industry, technology etc. if Boeing gives 60 air crafts to a small country that has no airlines they can start their own airlines.

Also there is difference between Aid and loan.
