Salam, i attempted pms exam last year and did not make it through, and now i am waiting for my ce2016 written result. the question i wanted to ask from the seniors is that i wrote 800 words almost in essay paper in pms because of less time and my casual attitude, and i passed the essay paper. The words required were 2500 to 3000 and now i am really confused about the checking criteria of both these exams and i highly doubt the hype of essay paper being the reason of failure.. does mood of the examiner and one's luck involved in paper checking?

Dear csss and pms are two different things, relevancy and coherency are important but essay is main deciding paper in css while in pms this is not the case. above 50% candidates pass pms essay exams while the percentage is way less in css essay paper. So you can pass pms essay paper with little effort whereas to pass css essay paper you need serious amount of effort to pass it

I wrote 2500+ in css essay paper. Is that enough?

Quality matters a lot, not quantity.

Some aspirants shared experiences when luck worked for them but these are rare chances. But be optimistic about the result , if you had done enough you will sail through essay paper
