I am left speechless by looking at your DMC. It is unbelievable. You are surely one of the victims of FPSC's ruthlessness. Please start afresh. You will pass it next year, Insha Allah.
I propose that you hire an experienced teacher for English. I myself failed Precis by just 1 mark.

It is so sad how candidates who have failed are thinking they did not work hard enough even after getting more than 70 to 80 marks on average but just getting failed in one paper, which is all due to the alleged maneuvering by FPSC. This is so sad. FPSC should realize what is happening is disastrous for the future of Pakistan! This should be stopped. I hope this will not be repeated in 2017, else FPSC will lose all credibility in a few years which it has successfully acquired throughout the history of Pakistan.
