Help: Challan form no.
 

I have deposited my CSS examination fee but the cashier has not written the receipt / challan no. But it contains CPR (Computerized Payment receipt) .... Can fill the form with CPR or contact back to the bank cashier

They will write the number .

In case of computerised payment receipt there are three options which fpsc guided to candidates, you can either leave empty that column or write 111 instead and last option is to write last six digits of that computerized receipt. And most candidates prefer to write last six digits of that receipt

if computer generated slip number is 12345678
write from last till the web allows
for example if it allows four numbers write 5678
