Hello. Congratulations to all of the candidates who cleared TPUM paper this year.

It is a humble request from all of the candidates who opted this subject and passed it; please share your preparation strategy and sources for preparation.

Your input will be highly appreciated.

Although I scored just 33 in TP&UM, I mainly consulted JWT's book for the preparation. But, I would recommend you to consult multiple sources and refer to foreign authors if you want to score well in this subject. This subject is quite technical and requires thorough study.

i scored 64 marks in tp. i consult muhammad shabbir and kashif faraz book of tp & um. i used to prepare my own notes from book and then updated it from net

People wont believe you scored 64 in this subject where 95% failed in this subject.

You have background in city and regional planning? I have majored in CRP. I am currently serving in the same department; yet I can't make up my mind to opt the subject for coming CE. Did you pass the subject without studying any recommended book? Discussion with you would be a lot helpful. Thanks

Where have you done CRP from?
