Sit in for CE2016 unjust result in front of FPSC offices

I appeared in CE2015 and then in CE2016. I know there were some flaw in my first attempt that I flunked, but in CE2016 I appeared with full zeal and complete preparation. After written I started preparation for interview because I was sure that I would clear that time, but astonished to see that again I flunked in Essay and composition papers. Even my essay which I wrote on the topic of gender equality is a myth was published in FPSC recommended magazine World Times and many senior bureaucrats like Sir Sarmad Saeed (rtd. AIG) appreciate my articles. Anyone can check my writing style from here:

After CE2016 result I have come to know that FPSC is unjust and absurd department who deliberately fails candidates in one or two papers while neglecting their talent. I wanna arrange a procession to the FPSC offices for 3, 4 hours sit in, after 10 Muharam in October. It will not change CE2016 result, but may be next time they abandon this heinous act. Anyone who thinks that FPSC is an inequitable department, please join me for this just cause. Not only those candidates who appeared in CE2016, but anyone who thinks that FPSC is an inequitable department can join me. I'll go for sit in if minimum 200 brothers/sisters join me because it will look stupid if I alone go to procession.

Please reply who are with me and are ready to go for protest.

Don't waste your time in unfruitful pursuits. Sit in would not change the FPSC long standing policy. Rather focus your shortcomings and loopholes. Everyone knows FPSC target one or two subjects every year. There is nothing new or strange in it. It doesn't mean that they fail students deliberately in those papers but they select the best 200-300 papers in a specific subject. And its very important to shortlist 20000 students to maintain efficiency of the system. Every body hold some reservations but its better for you to adapt yourself to this policy rather waste your time to make FPSC realize the curse of this policy. A very simple remedy for you, try to be among top 200 in every paper. You will not complain like this in future. Writing articles in JW times is great but you can not claim automatic favor just for writing article in an average or below average level magzine. FPSC recommended JWT magazine only for current affairs and not for essay writing or precis. If you have any attempt left work hard for it and if it was your last attempt then CSS is not the end of world. Cheers :)

Agreed.

All others just have fun and pass remarks asking to do more, only that student knows the real pain who has been the victim of FPSC's purposeful failing in one or two subjects to match its supposedly predetermined reduced percentage of passing candidates. In my view, Sana Rasool is the victim like one student who attained more than 70 marks in Precis but was meagerly awarded 07 in English Essay, ha, ha and ha. FPSC guys, are you for real? I personally commend FPSC for being free of corruption (maybe), but I cannot childishly, blindly praise FPSC if it commits a wrong and such a heinous wrong. The effective way to protest is to let everybody know this supposedly evil tactic of FPSC, and if possible, let the journalists know too. Elements within FPSC who are up to this needs to be thrown out and punished severely, because they are tarnishing a well-reputed image of FPSC.

Written part is for screening candidates for interview, it's not right to deliberately fail candidates that they don't have enough time to interview. If someone couldn't allocated, then he/she should be adjusted in other departments' 17 scale jobs. The best time of FPSC was during Rana Bhagwandas when 8-9 percent candidates were passed. My English is better than my friend who allocated in CE2014, whose name I'll not mention here, but how he allocated, but I flunked?

I think to arrange 3, 4 hours for raising our voise against unfair acts of FPSC is not wastage of time.

Well, I dont want to argue with you however, I ll just say FPSC has no proper paper checking criteria and under article 19-A we have right to information regarding such pathetic paper checking policy by FPSC. Saying work hard or covering loopholes sound easy for you but what if you produce best material in paper and it later turns out to be a nightmare for you? Even Cambridge examination branch has proper mechanism for paper checking as well as marking and grading but FPSC is living in dark ages.
In conclusion, FPSC must devise proper policy in order to overcome its flaw rules particularly in paper checking or else it raise many questions over its credibility.

Brother please take a glance at my essay, it's available on that address which I mentioned above, it's not beyond your access. In gender equality I didn't solely focused on females, but also covered eunuchs, and males also. Please describe after reading that was my essay not up to standards?

pleade share your DMC of ce 2016 in relevant section.

Mohammad Ali Friday, October 07, 2016 06:39 PM

I request all concerned candidates not to sit back after a day or two passes, move on with your rightful protest. Check out the DMCs of most students, FPSC fails candidates in either English Essay or Precis to match the supposedly predetermined reduced percentage of passing candidates. Earlier it was not so, but this trend has been on the rise for the last two to three years. Keep telling this to everyone so that FPSC does not do this to CE-2017 candidates. While you all are stupidly studying harder and harder, FPSC is doing the same thing over and over -- failing you in one of the compulsory subjects to adjust the results with the supposedly pre-planned rate of 2%. I may probably take part in CE-2017 exam and I am afraid FPSC will do this to me too, but I will definitely not let this happen, I will keep all journalists informed, and everybody I can inform, I will. The results of Sana Rasool and many others are glaring examples of the wrongdoing.
