CSS-2016 Roll No Retrieve

Hi,

I took CSS-2016 exams and could not pass the exams. I was disheartened at my result and did not kept record of my roll no. Now, I want to give CSS-2018 exams and I wanted to know my result. Is there any way I can retrieve my roll no.?
I could not find it in my email. I called FPSC, they said we cannot help you in this regard.
