Your combination is perfectly fine instead of Public Ad/Sociology...Both are average...from last three years sociology is not going well...have options between journalism or international law or at the end sociology if you have some background of it...otherwise all your other choices are perfectly fine..you can rock after putting some hard work with proper guidance and utilization of proper material...come up with final selection...

Being a topper of IR in masters I will strongly recommend you to replace IR at every cost...its devastating...replace it with Int Law...Similarly revisit your choice of Public Ad...it has not been remained good in css exam...As exam are very close new subject of 200 will be a tough choice otherwise i would suggest you to consider between psychology or philosophy in place of Public Ad and Forestry...Hoping that you will seriously consider my suggestion...

I am also a CE 16 Aspirant. i am a bit confused taking to optional subjects .
my optional will be
Pol science 200
Punjabi 100
constitutional law 100

and may be
psychology
or Indo pak history

pol science because i have master degree in it
and constitutional law is combo with pol science i have seen it of many CSPs.

what should i opt Indo pak or psychology?

Psychology is better as compared to indo-pak history .
