Should i give it a try?

Assalamualaikum brothers and sisters.
i have just completed my bachelors degree in Mechanical engineering, my dad wants me to become a CSS officer, i have just 4 months left, i told him i can't make it but all he says is give it a try, i need some experienced suggestions, shall i appear and loose my 1 chance or shall i just leave it for now,
P.S: let me tell you my general knowledge, current affair and all such knowledge is zero, and you can also see from my post that my english is weak, also i will get my degree and other documents by the end of december or so, am i eligible?

People have passed with good merits with less than 4 months of preparation. Ultimately, only you can decide. Personally, 4 months is not enough for me assuming I am starting at 0. At least 6-8 months. It takes time to work out strategy and tactics.

Same here bro. Mechanical engr. I gave it a go in 5 months but couldn't prepare properly. Because hum engineers ki rattay laganay ki ability kafi kam hoti hai aur concentration b.

Haha Exactly bhai :P ham theory kahan yaad krsaktay ha, isi liay to quantitative subjects liay ha ta ke kuch hojae atleast buri tarha fail to na ho na :p

I was giving it in 2017 but now seeing the result of 2016 where only 201 candidates passed i also have my doubts. My dad says give the exam may be luck will prevail but with only US history prepared i am seriously thinking about skipping.

One other factor for skipping is i am CMA (Finalist ) and professional accounting exams just mentally exhaust you and the i think i dont currently have the stamina to study 8 hours a day, which i have been doing for CMA over the last two years.
