In connection with css 2017 ,i have sent general dpc form to my concerned department/ministry and it is in channel.it will take few more days to get signed.now i cannot initiate another request on DPC form that is uploaded specifically for css 2017 due to time constraint and lengthy procedure.The particulars on both forms are almost same .if i send that general recruitment DPC form with my application form along with a note of request to consider it as acceptable for css 2017,will it make some sense and avoid rejection?

I think it will not be accepted. However, if you want to try, do it. But apply for DPC on Annex-E and get it ready if, in case, your name appears in provisional rejected candidates' list.

Make correction with pen on your css application hard copy and then send to fpsc, they will change it themselves

Its nothing serious but if you want you can rectify it on hard copy and do an initial in front of it and attach an application explaining the error.

Is it necessary to fill all the fields reagrding the information about one's family members?? can we skip some sections which can be skipped i.e. hobbies, family members occupation etc??

Info about family is necessary. You can skip hobbies section though.

Apart from signature and date on 1st and 6th page of printed form, is there anything else we need to fill in? I see other some blank spots but I guess they are for fpsc, right?
And of course no attestation for the form?
